Open source content management company Alfresco has announced the expansion of its North and South American system integrator (SI) partnership program in response to increasing demand. With 1.7 million downloads of Alfresco Community Edition and the addition of new customers like Virgin Mobile, FedEx, and Sun Microsystems in the past year, Alfresco plans to add 40 new SI partners by the end of the year.
