Lionbridge Technologies, Inc. and Author-it Software Corporation (ASC) today announced a strategic alliance to create a unified global content lifecycle program. The two companies will integrate the Author-it enterprise authoring platform with Lionbridge's language technology platform.

The companies hope that integrating their technologies will allow clients to reduce their costs and increase efficiency.
