Interact is making available Interact Intranet Version 4.6, which includes a number of enhancements and new capabilities for the employee workspace. The staff directory has been enhanced to include enterprise networking features that enable cross-company collaboration, allowing businesses to connect with and engage employees. The offering also actively promotes internal communication and idea sharing through a news feed and microblogging features.

Interact 4.6 also includes the launch of Interact Mobile, a system that provides mobile access to intranet features. Users can update their status, contribute to documents, and post blog comments on the go through the new mobile interface, which grants access to HTML documents, files, blogs, and the staff directory through a wide range of mobile devices and mobile platforms, including BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Android, and iPhone.

Interact 4.6 also features the Clever Linker feature, which lets users easily link to intranet objects without needing to know the object's URL, and a variety of software enhancements such as a graphical organizational map, a Most Commented Documents widget, a media manager, and translation mode.
