Tiki, creators of the TikiWiki CMS platform, released updates for each of their two development branches, the 3.x and 4.x versions. Version 3 received an update to 3.5, while version 4 is simultaneously being advanced to version 4.2. Both updates include a series of bug fixes, feature updates, and security patches.

Tiki also announced plans to release Tiki 5 in April 2010. This new version will include additional features such as a shopping cart and payment support, as well as improved multilingual support and an advanced rating system. Early adopters can also obtain pre-release versions of Tiki 5 from the company's SVN code repository.
