Traction Software released Traction TeamPage Release 4.2. The software now includes flexible mobile subscription and notification, allowing users to post content and comments with simple, secure two-way email-based collaboration.

Traction TeamPage 4.2 combines wiki, blog, social tagging, discussion and social networking capabilities. TeamPage 4.2 allows users to collaborate via email through mobile devices, such as BlackBerry smartphones.

Traction Software is also showcasing its technologies from Nov. 3-5 at the Enterprise 2.0 Conference at the Moscone North Convention Center in San Francisco. Along with TeamPage, Traction will be showing off its Google Web Toolkit-based Proteus user interface. Proteus is designed for speed and ease of use and lays the foundation for a new generation of TeamPage interfaces by extending the ability of Traction Software, independent developers and customers to use the best web interface technology.
